Therapeutic Approach

A cozy home office with a window overlooking trees, a white armchair with a patterned pillow, a small wooden table, a clock, some books, a mirror, and wall-mounted shelves with plants and books.

As a therapist I engage clients in cultivating their self compassionate voice and finding their strengths. I will use tools such as EMDR, mindfulness, parts work and somatic awareness to support clients in building resilience and coping mechanisms.

I am open, affirming and will work with all gender identities and sexual preferences including trans and transitioning individuals. I approach race and ethnicity from a stance of cultural humility and social justice.

I will also use outdoor therapy and draw on the healing power of nature when clients are interested.
